Movie Night Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to Ford v Ferrari Movie Night. They sit alongside the venue terms and conditions published by Five Star Cinemas / Yatala Drive-In Theatre.

Please also review and follow the Yatala Drive-In / Five Star Cinemas drive-in information and venue conditions. If a venue rule or staff direction conflicts with AutoSocial guidance, the venue rule or staff direction applies.

Tickets and entry

  • • All tickets are strictly limited and subject to availability. Once sold out, no gate sales or extra tickets are guaranteed.
  • • Each General Admission or VIP Front Row ticket admits one vehicle with up to 6 occupants.
  • • Vendor Stall tickets book one vendor stall space only and do not automatically include additional public vehicle entry unless confirmed by AutoSocial.
  • • Tickets must be presented at entry when requested. AutoSocial may refuse entry where a ticket cannot be validated.

VIP Front Row vehicle condition

  • • VIP Front Row buyers must confirm their vehicle is not a tall vehicle or 4WD before checkout.
  • • Tall vehicles, 4WDs, lifted vehicles, vans or any vehicle likely to block the view of guests behind may be moved to another suitable area at AutoSocial or venue staff discretion.
  • • Failure to follow parking directions may result in removal from the VIP front-row area without a price adjustment.

Vendor stall bookings

  • • Vendor Stall tickets are limited to 10 stall bookings at $100 each, plus the booking fee shown at checkout.
  • • Vendors must bring their own stall setup unless otherwise agreed in writing by AutoSocial.
  • • Vendors are responsible for safe setup, waste removal, food handling requirements, product permits, insurance and any approvals required for their activity.
  • • AutoSocial may decline or relocate a stall if the product, setup or activity is unsafe, unsuitable for a family-friendly event or conflicts with venue requirements.

Venue rules and conduct

  • • This event is hosted at Yatala Drive-In Theatre and is subject to venue rules, staff directions and any Five Star Cinemas / Yatala Drive-In conditions published for the drive-in.
  • • Guests must follow all directions from AutoSocial staff, security, traffic marshals and venue staff at all times.
  • • Dangerous driving, excessive revving, burnouts, antisocial behaviour, alcohol misuse or unsafe conduct may result in refusal of entry or removal from the event.
  • • The event is family-friendly. Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward other attendees, vendors, staff and vehicles on display.

Changes, weather and refunds

  • • Movie details, attractions, vendors, display vehicles and event schedule may change without notice where required for operational, venue, weather or safety reasons.
  • • If AutoSocial must postpone or cancel the event, ticket holders will be notified using the email supplied at checkout.
  • • Booking fees and card processing costs may be non-refundable where permitted by law.
  • • Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

Media and safety

  • • Photos and videos may be taken at the event for AutoSocial promotional and community content.
  • • By attending, you acknowledge you may appear in crowd, vehicle, vendor or atmosphere footage unless you notify event staff where practical.
  • • Attendees are responsible for their own property, vehicles and personal belongings while at the event.
