End User Licence Agreement

1. Licence Grant

AutoSocial grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the app on supported devices for personal use in line with this agreement.

2. Ownership

The app, branding, design, software, features, and related content remain the property of AutoSocial Pty Ltd or its licensors. This agreement gives you permission to use the app, not ownership of it.

3. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it where prohibited by law, or use it for unlawful, abusive, dangerous, deceptive, or harmful activity.

AutoSocial has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. This includes harassment, threats, hate, sexual exploitation, graphic abuse, violent or unlawful material, repeated unwanted contact, scams, impersonation, and any content or behaviour that makes the platform unsafe. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts without notice where reasonably necessary to protect users or the platform.

4. User Content and Features

Your use of accounts, profiles, groups, meetups, messages, wallet features, uploads, and community tools is also subject to AutoSocial's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

5. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access to the app where reasonably necessary for safety, moderation, misuse prevention, legal compliance, or protection of the platform and its users.

AutoSocial has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. If objectionable content is reported, we will review and act on the report within 24 hours, and where the report is substantiated we will remove the offending content and eject or terminate the user who provided it.

6. Updates

We may release app updates, fixes, or changes at any time. Some features may change, be removed, or require newer versions of the app to continue working properly.

7. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without guarantees of uninterrupted service, compatibility, or error-free performance.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoSocial Pty Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app. Nothing in this agreement limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
